Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

E-commerce management, operations, development, listing optimization, SEO, content, and marketing services are provided within the scope set out in the client’s written proposal or agreement. Work outside that scope is not included automatically.

2. Proposals and Payment

Pricing is agreed after reviewing the store, requested services, and scope of work. Project and retainer clients receive a written proposal before payment, outlining deliverables, timeline, cost, and payment milestones. Work begins only after the scope and payment method are approved.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and the secure access permissions needed for the store or relevant platforms.
• Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeframe.
• Comply with platform policies and applicable rules covering products, tax, shipping, and intellectual property.

4. Results and Liability

Services are delivered with professional care, measurement, and continuous improvement, but no specific sales figure, ranking, or outcome can be guaranteed. Results are influenced by the product, market, budget, competition, platform, and client responsiveness.

5. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

Once the agreed fees are paid, project-specific deliverables belong to the client for the agreed use. General tools, methods, and reusable templates remain the provider’s property unless the written agreement states otherwise. Client and store information is handled with reasonable confidentiality.

6. Changes to Services or Terms

These terms may be updated when necessary. Active projects remain governed first by their approved written proposal or agreement.
