1. Information We May Collect

When you contact us through WhatsApp or email, or while we deliver an agreed service, we may collect information such as your name, contact details, store information and URLs, and the work you require. If you grant the necessary access, this may also include data visible within your store, such as customer names, contact or shipping information, orders, returns, and messages. Access is limited to the permissions you provide and the tasks covered by our agreement. This data is never used for unrelated marketing.

2. How We Use Information

• Respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, and deliver agreed services.
• Communicate about project status and approved revisions.
• Complete required tasks inside the client’s store while protecting account access.
• Maintain appropriate work records and meet applicable accounting or legal obligations.

3. Service Providers and Data Sharing

Personal information is never sold or rented. Where necessary, information may be processed by hosting, email, project-management, and communication providers, as well as client platforms such as Shopify, Meta, or WhatsApp. Processing may take place outside the client’s country depending on provider infrastructure and policies. These services are used only to the extent required to operate the website or deliver the agreed work.

4. Technical Logs and External Services

The hosting provider may retain technical logs required for security and operations, including IP address, visit time, browser type, and requested pages, even when dedicated analytics are not enabled. The website uses Google Fonts, which may process technical information such as an IP address under Google’s policies. WhatsApp links take you to an external service governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy terms.

5. Payments Through Stripe

The website does not currently use Stripe or accept direct payments. If Stripe is introduced, this policy will be updated before launch to explain how Stripe processes payment data through its pages or payment links and may provide limited transaction information needed for order administration and invoicing. Card details will not be stored on this website.

6. Security and Retention

Reasonable measures are used to protect project data and account access. Unless an active agreement or legal obligation requires a different period, the following retention periods apply:

• Enquiries and proposals: retained for up to 12 months after the last contact, then deleted or archived without an operational purpose.
• Project files and work records: retained for up to 24 months after project closure to support follow-up and dispute resolution, then deleted or minimized.
• Invoices and payment records: retained for the period required by applicable accounting or tax rules.
• Store and tool access: removed or reduced within five business days after project completion or at the client’s request, unless ongoing support has been agreed.

7. Privacy Requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete the information held about you, unless retention is legally required or necessary to deliver an active agreement.
